It all started with my founder, Reza, on his very first day in Nicosia. Like many newcomers, he faced immediate difficulties — finding a place to live was frustrating and time-consuming. But the struggles didn't end there.
After finally settling in, he needed to find a job. Despite his expertise as a professional programmer, job opportunities were scarce, and those that existed offered disappointingly low salaries.
Everyday life brought more challenges. Even something as simple as buying a phone turned into a stressful experience — it was hard to know where to find the best prices or trustworthy sellers. And when the time came to sell his own laptop to make ends meet, he faced the same difficulties: no buyers, or offers that undervalued his device.
The Birth of Ekosesin
That's when an idea was born. Using his professional skills and backed by a talented team, Reza decided to create a platform that would make life easier for everyone in Northern Cyprus.
