Rental Rules: Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period is three days. Minimum Rental Age: The minimum rental age is 25 years. Driving License Requirement: The driver must have a valid driving license for at least five years. Authorized Drivers: Only registered drivers are allowed to drive the car. There is no extra charge for up to 2 additional drivers. Please ensure all three drivers are registered to be covered by our insurance. Seat Belt Use: The use of seat belts by all vehicle passengers is compulsory. Identification Requirement: A valid ID or passport must be presented at the time of vehicle pick-up. Reservation Changes and Cancellations: We have a flexible approach to reservation changes and cancellations, but we expect our clients to inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period. For any change or cancellation request, please use our website, send an email, or contact our emergency telephone number. Pick-up / Delivery: We are flexible and will hold your reserved car for up to 6 hours, provided that more cars are available. We expect customers to inform our reservation center of any delays in picking up their car. This ensures that your car will continue to be reserved at the agreed location. Extending the Rental Period: Customers wishing to extend their rental period are kindly asked to visit any of our offices personally. Extending the contract over the phone is not possible. Returns later than 3 hours may affect the rate assigned to your rental agreement. Late returns beyond 3 hours will be charged as an additional day. Refueling Policy: Rental cars are provided either with a full tank of fuel, charged according to the car's tank capacity, or a mandatory fuel amount charged at a fixed rate. Services Provided: We provide free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance. Please ask our office representatives for more information. Pricing / Payment: All credit cards from internationally recognized companies are accepted. VAT and all other local taxes are included in the prices. Pre-payment is possible via mail order. Insurance: All cars are covered with Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W with €500.00 excess), providing full coverage for the customer's liability for any material damages to the vehicle, provided the rental agreement terms and conditions are not violated. Insurance coverage will be void if the vehicle is used by an unauthorized driver, making the customer fully liable for the vehicle. Each driver must be added to the contract. The driver is responsible for all parking and traffic penalties incurred. Crossing the border to the south is not allowed, as the insurance is valid only in the north.
